Sunday, January 26, 2025, 10:30am-12:00pm: Please join us for this 2-part program in which author Faith Kramer will provide an overview of how Jewish food evolved around the world and how it was influenced by the spice trade, Diaspora, geography, politics, followed by a hands-on spice workshop in which participants will be learning how to make hawaij, za’atar, and berbere. Cost for this program is $10 and includes jars of the 3 spice blends for each participant to take home.
